We're not able to offer an exchange for items purchased online. You may return an online order within fourteen (14) days from the date that you receive your package via UPS. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
If the item you purchased is no longer available at the same price or was purchased using a promotional code, please contact customer service at 1-844-913-7737 before attempting to return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
Return shipping charges are on us*and once we receive your return, we will quickly refund the returned items on the credit card or gift card used for the original transaction. We’ll send you an email notification to let you know when it has been done.
